Today we had a massive train journey to get down to The Wire Mill which is where we are working in Lingfield. It was very interesting lugging out massive backpacks on and off trains and the tube throughout London! We were getting a lot of strange looks and laughter from native Londeners. After having to ask directions at every train station, and nearling toppling forward on freaky steep tube escalators we finally arrived at Lingfield. We arrived at the pub and it was beautiful, it was an old pub that is right on the lake. We were greeted by fellow workers Tom and Sofie. The first thing us Aussie chicks did was resucue stranded ducklings and put them back into the pond with their mother. We thought it was hilarious, a great first impression of good old animal loving aussies! We settled into our interesting room before venturing into the pub to meet the locals.
