Hello all. We are currently in Auckland, New Zealand's most highly populated city (still only 1 million residents). We took our last bus journey on the kiwi experience this morning and have therefore finished all three experiences! We drove through a place called matamata which was where the Hobbiton set was created for 'The fellowship of the ring'. We didnt actually get to see the set, but apparantly there isnt really much left to see.

So far we havent seen much of Auckland, but all i can tell is that it is very different to anywhere else we have been. It is much much busier. I dont think i will enjoy it quite so much as the rest of New Zealand, but who knows?! I will tell you in my next update on tuesday before we fly out on wednesday.
