We are back, all safe and fully limbed! Fraser island was a really good experience. On our first day we managed to get stuck in the sand and ended up pushing our 4x4 up a sandy hill which was incredibly tiring in the 35 degree heat! We cooled off in a freshwater lake called lake mckenzie which was amazing. It is meant to be one of the purest lakes in the world.
