This morning, we had breakfast at the hotel - a set breakfast and a plate of banana pancakes each - VERY tasty!! Best toast around!! We then went to the tailor's to pick up the stuff we wanted - a blouse for my sari, and Liam's shorts. Both were very nice!! Liam's shorts are made out of the typical Nepali material :)
We went back to the hotel, and wandered around a bit, and went to one place to look for good deals for chitwan, but decided to just ask Ailsa who said she could get us a good deal. Easier and possibly safer that way!!
When it got to 3.30ish, we found a taxi to take us back up to Lamachaur, where we had dinner with Ganga and Iddu. We sat and chatted with Iddu and his wife for quite a while, then went into the kitchen where they had prepared a delicious (and very large!!) dal bhat for Liam and I. Turns out it was just us eating, which felt a bit strange!! Iddu's daughter did a little dance for us too - Liam has a video which I'll probably try and put on this place so you can all see :) Iddu also showed us pictures from his wedding. His wife, Grace, wore the most BEAUTIFUL white and gold sari with gold jewellery!!
They then arranged and paid for a taxi to take us back down to lakeside, which was very kind of them!! It was hard saying goodbye :(
We were both extremely full, so we sat in the hotel for a little bit, then went out and did some more shopping on the way to a bar, where we had shisha and a drink each. And now it's very late, so bedtime!! Last day in pokhara tomorrow, I don't think I'm ready to leave yet!! :(
