I had the most awful night last night!! Every time I turned over I woke up because my back was so painful. We woke up at 6am though, in time for tea at 6.15, and set off just after 6.30am. We saw an amazing sunrise, but unfortunately again not much wildlife. A few giraffes, zebra, and different types of deer/antelope here and there, and we did see a huge male ostrich, but nothing else really, and it was so cold!! I had a lot of layers on and was still cold!! :/ ...

After a lovely lie-in until 9am, we slowly got up and had a breakfast of fried egg, bacon, sausage, wheatabix, and tea. We then set off at 10.30 for a walking safari, which took about 2 or 3 hours. We didn't see much at all, apart from 6 TORTOISES!!!!!! (2 of whom were mating, 2 were trying to mate, and 2 were solo). The females are much bigger than the males, but all their shells are amazing!!
