It's around 11am by the time we leave Emily's apartment and head into downtown Montreal for breakfast. We find a great little cafe and spend a couple of hours there. Emily has invited me to join her family at a fishing lodge for the coming Canada Day long weekend. We spend the afternoon getting ready for the trip and I also fix Emily's bike which had a broken axle. At 5:30 we pick up two other people at a metro station as part a ride share organization and make our way to St Felicien where Emily grew up. We arrive at Emily's parents house at 11pm.
