I get a late start from the hostel and take breakfast at a small cafe around the corner. With the bike loaded up I head to the Ottawa Aviation Museum around 12. A few hours at the museum and I make my way to Montreal. The route I choose takes me along the northern (Quebec) shore of the St Lawrence River through farmlands. I arrive at my friend Emily's apartment in Montreal around 6. We spend the evening chatting and catching up until midnight.
