Marty and l decided to surprise the girls by taking them to see 'The Mickey Mouse Show' in Melbourne. When we got there the girls were so excited. We got them some mickey mouse ears to wear, which also came with some fairy floss. This was the first time the girls had tried some and by the way they shoveled it down it won't be the last. The show was great, with all the characters: Mickey, Minny, Donald and Goofey. It also had the characters from Aladdin, Mermaid and Toy Story. It was definitely great to see the girls happy and excited, worth the expense and a special treat....
After the show made our way to Greensborough to catch up with 'The Williams'. We met Naomi, Michael, Noah and Meisje (and Bruce) at a pub for tea before heading back to their place. Meg and Meisje played happily together and was great to see Meg with her own little friend. Naomi and l meshed like always and had great chats and laughs. We tried to stay up and watch the grand final of the mens tennis, bur the last month had caught up with us and we were beat.
Marty and l realize more than ever that we have all these wonderful mates in our lives and this trip back has made is even more determined not to loose them thru distance. We thank-you all for all the wonderful times had, your generosity with letting us stay at your homes and also for making us feel missed and loved. We love you all!!
