My first time sleeping in a hammock open to the jungle was fine however I didn't get a lot of sleep. A guy in a nearby hammock was snoring and if that wasn't enough made a right old din at 4:30am when they got up to trek to the falls for sunrise. It was surprisingly quite cold during the night.
