Mark and Liz reach for the horizon
Traveling from the Ngorogoro we went through miles of flat treeless plains that contained the wilderbeasts (before they started to migrate). The place was also packed with zebras, impaller and gazelles (but no lions).
At the seregeti (that had lions) I did not see one zebra or wilderbeast (strange that). The place was very beautiful with large boulder type hills. The long grass (unseasonal rain) made it difficult to spot things but a hippo fight and lots of birds made it interesting.
The camp was supposed to be in the bush but was in fact full of Germans. As soon as nigh came the bugs were on the attack. Liz started to freak out so we retreated to the tent (after a long internal tent search)
