We headed out on a nutter safari, San Francisco has them on mass. When taking pictures of nutters you do not put the camera to your face as this disturbs them, you simply hold the camera by your waist and then fire away.
We then took the famous cable car to the bay side to get a look at the Golden Gate bridge. These are old beasts with wooden brakes that smoke when decending the steep streets. Unfortunetly the bridge was hidden by the fog generated by the cold water.
To break up the walk back and put off a very steep hill we headed into a bar for a single drink. It had strong beers and free nibbles so a single drink turned into another and another. We got chatting with the locals and a mad war correspondent that offered to show us another recommended bar. The other bar was interesting - very interesting, needless to say it was a long night.
On the way back in the early hours the nutters were out in force, in a Dawn of the Dead kind of way. Tomorrow we will be the dead.
