Not much happened today. We are now in Osaka for one night only Before flying to China tomorrow afternoon. We boarded another train and went for the day to visit Hiroshima which everyone knows was the city that was destroyed by the the worlds first Atomic Bomb which ended World War 2.We started by visiting one of the only buildings which was not totally destroyed. Today we went on a visit to Nijo Castle which was a Shogun castle, it had beautiful screen paintings and amazing squeaky floors which were made like this so that if Ninjas tried to sneak in then the floors would creak; genius. Had a nice walk around the gardens of the castle. So yesterday we travelled by Shikansen from Tokyo to Kyoto; the trains are meant to be very efficient in Japan but ous broke down; in a tunnel however it still arrived in to Kyoto at its correct time!!!Arrived at our traditional hotel where we sleep on the floor mats. Our last day in Tokyo before Kyoto and we headed down to the Meiji shrine. No praying done or bad fortune to be had!. We then headed down to the bustling area of Shibuya which there are loads of shops.
