Langkawi 3rd- 6th March

Well as we landed at the ferry port from Aloe Star, It is so packed with bodies we take a deep breath and disembark Touts all over you for Taxi to their hotel Oh man this could be a misake!!!

We met up with another couple and decided to grab a taxi to the same resort as it happens we spent the next few days with them.

First day or 2 was relaxing on the beach (again!!) oh its hell really.

On the third day we take out a motorbike to see the island first stop was the cable car avoiding all the monkeys on the road side... The cable car ascends in 2 stages first takes us to 500mtrs where we can get great views of the other island around us bit hazy but perfect

Stage 2 takes us another 300 mtrs for even more perfect views...Here is a stone from the sea bed dated back millions years ago!!

The engineer (mark) Has to explore the latest suspension bridge ony 7mths old . It is straddled between 2 mountains and will eventually be a new walk way between stage 1- 2 of the cars.. lucky for Mark that is not open yet so I couldnt encourage to take the walk down!!

Next stop 7 wells and waterfall this one we had to climb as we get higher you can see the waterfall with not much water.. mmh still worth the climb,, we flake out at the top and rest in a puddle (rapids) Well I did mmh much to Mark amusement I couldnt get out the slimy wall were just to slippery (beached whale springs to mind) OK !!!

Back on the bike we are off to highest mountain but this time we ride to the top only for more spectacular views!!!
