5th July Sihanoukville. Well we retreated from the city for some sun and fun after a depressing few days. Sihanoukville lovely place stayed at Monkey Republic where we stayed for 4 days. The heavens opened and never stopped vicious stroms and torrential rain couldn't get out anywhere. 3rd day it eased slightly and we are back on mopeds to see local area Krong Koh Kong waterfalls as if we havent seen enough water over the last days. and yet another WAT lots of families POOR families made their homes around here it felt like we were intruding into their homes. However we did meet some lovely people of the tourist kind like us. We hung out had many beers few puffs and many games of pool got so desperate we started playing competition for choice of tv channel.. Last day we venture onto the beach where I get accosted immediately. I agreed to have my legs plucked!! started with one lady ended up with 2. Mark was in his element until they offered him a massgae or something!!. Cant stay any longer off to Phnom Phen for journey to Vietnam.
