It was here that Mozart debuted Don Giovanni, this ancient city of rambling alleys, historic town squares, great food, better beer, and a wealth of historic museums and concert halls. It's a little mroe rough around the edges than Vienna, and that gives it a certain charm. Yesterday, we just spent the afternoon getting lost in the historic city center, stopping off at cafes for coffee, sausages and hot wine. A crowd of us watched the clock tower Glockenspiel at 4 pm when the little wooden puppets pop out of the top of the clock and the trumpets sound.
Though we didn't find any turkey for Thanksgiving, :( we did find the Packers game on at a pub, so we watched an Aaron Rodgers annihalation of the Lions and ate Goulash instead.
Today, we are going to check out more of Prague!
