Yes the thought of sitting under palm trees and sipping long cold drinks is keeping me going....to the loo may i add as, like Johnny once was, i'm a little nervous at the knowing i have to get on a bloody great plane to get there!!!!!!! know it will be okay once its up and i'm on my way but at the moment the sinking stomach feeling and the tightening of ones arse is getting the better of me!!!
Work is all going well and we can actually send off for our registrations on Monday!!!! Yipee!! The hold up is the waiting for our advance poloce checks to come back......so much they have to check up on hahahah....its taken this long for them to arrive. Hopefully reg wont take too long but they did say up to 12 weeks so not really looking at this side of christmas to fully be open.
Hope the break to N Z all goes well ...bet Dad's spittting feathers ...place he always wanted to go too. But think it will be the travelling that will get to him....worse than me!!!!
Love to you all......tell Johnny he is really missed from across the road. Ken asks all time when he back and so do the others when i see them.
Good to hear its all going well, even if you are a bit stressed. Just imagine those cold bottles of Red Stripe whilst sitting under a palm tree, that should help.
Not much going on here. Work sleep and eat is pretty much it. Although the weather is getting better by the day. Off to N Z in a month or so to renew then back to the grindstone. Sweet!

Hi all
Just a quick update then, seeing as how this site has suddenly come to life much like Frankenstein's todger.
The hernia is under control, so much so that I'm going back to work on Monday at the pub (the Town Hall Hotel on Bank Street, South Melbourne if you have Google Earth or even if you just wanna see it on their website) and then back to the Zenith on Acland Street the following week. Then its back to the goddam saving once again. Sweet.
We're off on a visa run at the end of October and it looks very much like we'll be going to N Z as it's by far the cheapest place to fly to. Although it's still under discussion as two weeks in Vietnam or a week in Hawaii are infinitely more appealing
Day to day life is exactly that. Not much going on at all. Although horror of horrors Johnny very nearly got laid the other night. Nearly. With a girl. But that's for him to tell you about should the mood take him.
Now here's a thing. Johnny has suddenly caught the travelling bug. Despite his fear of flying. If it takes off (no pun intended) then there's a very real chance we won't be coming home until we're about 40. If not then Xmas after next is favourite.
I've briefly looked into emigrating out here too. I absolutely love Melbourne to bits (despite all the Aussies) and yes, I know, I love everywhere to bits, but this is so far the most realistic. But its very much an idea and I'm looking more out of curiosity at the moment. Truth is, I had a touch of homesickness for a couple of days so that just about sums up the dilemma I guess
Hmmm, what else? Oh yeah, my email address is up and working once again so you can ignore the new one I set up.
Oh yeah, MSN. Our Internet at home has a 40GB a month download limit and it's already been reached and breached this month so the Internet is pretty much unworkable. I'm actually in the pub using their wireless Internet at the moment. Hard life eh?

Ange: holidays and maternity leave? Too easy in my book. I reckon you'll get used to not working as quick as anything. Loved the picture of Jack, dude (is his middle name Daniels by any chance?). Incidentally, remember when you first told us the news and we were discussing names? I'm sure you/we made some joke about fruit machines and he'd have to be called Jack or Jackie if it was a girl. Premonitions or what? We keep meaning to send some serious tackarama back for him (a kangaroo romper suit for exmple) but we just can't find anything cheesy enough. But rest assured, it'll be on its way as soon as we find it Lol and there's every chance he'll be retired from the game by the time me and the fat one get back. He's on about travelling the world for the foreseeable future. Bless.

Not much going on here. Summer's coming though. We're already up to 25 degrees and Spring only started yesterday. Beautiful!
Moved to a different place. It's a bit out of town, but its a massive 4 bed place with a spa in the garden. Sweet! Not been in it yet, but rest assured as soon as my stitches are out I'll be in there all day. Mmmmmm?.bliss.

Not sure if you know but just started a new business with Frances.......we are now a limited company and managing directors!!! Set up a domiciliary care agency....johnny can tell you all what it does........he can have a job if he needs one hahahha.......just waiting for all our registrations to come theough then we start working.....hopefully! Been very busy with organising it all and getting bank accounts accountants etc.. needed good accountant but didnt know any!!! found one now though!!
Busy decorating house too so had lots going on and been kept very busy here.
