We'd worked out that an early start was required if there was any chance of securing a bed beside the pool so we were up at breakfast for around seven. Even with that early start we got one of the last two beds! Seems the towel game isn't restricted to the Europeans.
Our plan was again just to relax by the pool for the whole day. Turns out our bed was one of the best for getting the sun with it rarely being shaded. Time was spent reading, baking and jumping in the water, oh and regularly topping up the highest factor sun cream we could find, particularly the bald spot in the family.
Beds were so scarce that when we decided to head for a quick lunch in the hotel, someone was over trying to pinch it, nae luck we are coming back! Had a lovely light lunch in the hotel cafe, followed by another couple of hours relaxing.
Decided to break the hardship of relaxing by the pool to go for a walk along the beach to give us some exercise. Back to the hotel and decided to be super organised and pack ready for the next move tomorrow.
Started our evening the usual way and then headed to the restaurant that we had the booking for the other night, Salt grill. As the name suggests it's primarily a steak restaurant and we made the most of it. The pictures tell the food story, very enjoyable. Headed out for a stroll afterwards to enjoy the Saturday night sights then back to the hotel for last minute packing.
