Firstly thanks for all your messages.

The idea was to swim in the gulf of Mexico before leaving for the east coast. We were out of the Hotel before 7am and on the beach shortly after but guess what? We had a nice walk along the beach. The water was freezing.

Just finished breakfast. Unfortunately really pigged out ( only me ) on 2eggs toast and a giant waffle with cream cheese and maple syrup. Why do I feel sick. OK going to pack and check out.
We really enjoyed Naples could spend a few days here in the future.
