Carl and his guide Hida

Unfortunately just 2 nights in this fine home on the beach in Freeport Bahamas. Arrived late on the 9th and now at the airport ( 0700 ) on the 11th but amazing what can be done in one day. Carl picked us up from the airport and had dinner in a very swish eating house after enduring a local art exhibition followed by a club with a tad to many drinks. Next morning spent 2 hours in the gym ( first exercise for 3 weeks) with Carl who had arranged a guide/girlfriend...

OK back in the land of Internet Left our last American limo behind and are now in Nassau waiting for a flight to Freeport Bahamas. All in all a great trip even after feeling a little sorry for the nice people of Cuba and their struggle to make ends meet. Thanks for your messages and hope it warms up for you all. Missing you.
