Had a lazy morning and late start. Headed out to Kevin's (Karens brother) to help him set up some cloud stuff on his computer. Once finished headed to Ballymurn to have lunch with Marie , Kellyanne and Ellie. Nice relaxing feed and great chat. Karen's Aunty Sheila Buckley came to Wexford from Killarney so we all planned to meet at Curracloe Tavern for dinner. Was great catching up with Sheila, she is a great laugh. Karen and I had and early night to get an early start driving west the next day. One of the many things I like about Ireland is how they do their registration plates for vehicles. It is nn-xx-nnnnnn (1-6 numbers) or now nnn-xx-nnnnn. Eg 10-wx-0004. This car is a 2010 vehicle registered in Wexford and is the fourth car registered in Wexford in 2010. The letters are for counties/Cities, D for Dublin, KK for Kilkenny, L for Limerick etc. Apparently there was concern about having the number 13 on plates may reduce sales in 2013 so they now have 131 for Jan to Jun 2013 and 132 for jul to dec 2013. Apparently this was also to boost car sales in the second half of the year. People like getting as low a number as possible on their registration so would normally wait until a new year to purchase a car.
