I've bumped into the guy I met in Christchurch who was going to give me a lift to Nelson. The weird thing is that he was on my boat in Milord Sound as well. My trip was called the unhurried Milord tour whichmeant that there were lots of stops to take photos on the way to the Fiords and the boat trip was two hours long. My tour group was just me and ten Aussies which was great. The scenery was great as there was a lot of snowfall on the mountains. It was abig boat but there were only 23 people on it so there was plenty o space to walk about. The amazing thing was that we saw a pod of bottlenose dolphins which is quite rare in that fiord. I got a couple of good photos and some video of them swimming alongside the boat. All in all it has been a really good day. I'm going to stay here tonight and tomorrow, then I'm heading north to Queenstown. I'm going across the lake to the glow-worm caves tomorrow afternoon which should be interesting.
