We stayed in a lovely little Hostel here where on the first night we were the only 2 people in the place and we spent our first day by the pool in the garden as it was lovely and hot. We arrived at the Bus station and said goodbye to Gary Potter as he was heading south down to some Welsh place and then we met with a guy from hostel intonational who gave us the details for a place called Hostel Inn so we got a cab straight to the hostel. We woke up early on the Saturday to get the bus to the waterfalls and when we arrived we met up with Gary Potter, Jason and Ben outside the ticket office. The first walk we did was the superior walk which is where you see the waterfalls from above and then we took the lower walk where you see them from below and this is where you get very wet! The noise was amazing and the wildlife living around the falls was also amazing we saw all sorts! Toucans, Bats, Racoons...

On our first day in Salta we went for a look around at midday but after walking around and asking we realised that in Argentina between 12 and 5pm most places close so they can go for a afternoon nap!
