Tucuman is different from the other places that we`ve visited so far on this trip. For example, it`s neither striving to be a European city nor is it a tourist destination - it`s actually how I imagined South American cities to be. The narrow streets are full of hussle and bussle with people going about their everyday lives. Despite seeing some sights (the Cathedral and the Plazas) much of my time was spent watching football! England beating Trinidad and Tobago was good, but Argentina hammering Serbia and Montenegro by 6 goals was amazing! VAMOS ARGENTINA!!! Lucy.x
