I flew into Bangkok from Hong Kong on Sunday. Bangkok has mainly been just chilling out and having a few quiet days after China and before SE Asia. I've done lots of shopping :-) and lots of just lying by the pool and sunbathing, hard life :-) I did go out and do the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew which is where the Emerald Buddha is. I then went to Wat Pho to see the huge Reclining Buddha. From here I then got a boat across the Mae Nam Chao Phraya River and went to see Wat Arun. All of them were incredible, so beautiful. The temperatures here though are incredible, so hot. You don't really feel like walking around and doing too much. Am not complaining though, lying by the pool is lovely.

I move into a new hotel tomorrow and meet with my tour group who I will be with for the next 2 weeks. We have a long bus ride on Friday from Bangkok across the border into Cambodia and then onto Siem Reap where we will go to Angkor Wat which I'm really excited about, should be excellent! I have 2 weeks travelling around in Cambodia before heading into Vietnam. I will put up the Cambodia photos when the tour has finished probably and I have a few days
