My Uncle Steve's last day off work so we go for a walk to the Coromamdel, a place called Catherdral Cove. First stop is the coffee shop....obviously!!

We go on a lovely walk and make our way down to Cathedral Cove, white sands and clear blue water (even in the cold drizzy weather!)

About half an hours drive away was a place called Hot Water Beach...does what it says on the beach! The beach was on top of volcanic activity so if you dug a hole in the sand, the water was hot!
