We arrived in Wellington, the capital city late afternoon, originally planning to stay a few days here, but had made some really good friends on this bus now and were having so much fun plus Lauren our driver was awesome we didn't want to leave so we made the decision we were all goignt o stick together up to Queeenstown! This meant we had to depart the following day at 7am to catch the ferry- not much time to see the city! However, first impressions it was a dirty bustling city so we weren't too bothered! So, hit the showers, grabbed a snack then headed to the bar... a complimentary champers awaiting us.. we are flashpackers after all! :-) It was all down hill from there, saying goodbye to a few members of our crew, a few jageurbombs later, some live music and a boogie... we were rolling back in at 4am- 3 hrs kip, brilliant!! We all rolled out on to the bus feeling very delicate, as Lauren pulled up at 6.45 Paddy and Shane just rolling in- quality, I just took a look at them and felt 10 times better! Boarded the ferry to cross to the South Island! xxx
