We head to our last country on the trip and from the road the Netherlands is proving to be a very beautiful country. We stop on our way in to town for a closer look at clogs and cheese both of which went down well with the tourists. Windmills line the streets and rivers flow is each direction around the houses that are home to green pastures and lots of cows.
First impressions of Amsterdam are brown - every buildings seems to be brown. The second is the massive amount of bikes that line the streets. Back home we have a multi-level car park, here they have a multi-level bike park (quiet a sight). We head on to what Amsterdam is famous for 'the red light district'. I suggest if you haven't seen it move fast because shops are closing down by the minute. We saw a little more than was needed but enjoyed it none the less "when in Rome" all is taken with a pinch of salt in Amsterdam.
