Well the first day in Florida was not a day in Florida at all, it was a day spent on a plane...New Orleans to Miami to Orlando....finally at the Hotel and OH what a NICE hotel it is....we heart the Hilton (after they gave us the correct room). Weather = Hurricane Ida sitting off the New Orleans coast, fingers crossed it will pass.

Sleep in til 12 then off for some retail therapy at the nearby Outlet Shopping Malls. Outlet shopping Malls in America = s*** clothes at expensive prices, we got better and cheaper things on the main streets in New York??? On the up side Louise's wallet is looking very full. Disney passes purchased let's see if at 27 it is still the happiest place on earth??? Oh and I love the hotel poolS.

A theme park that doesn't make you feel like you are in a theme park..I like it! No cheesy music playing, attractions that promote saving the earth rather than destroying it through our consumer driven lives. Great stage shows: Lion King = Happy Louise. Bit sad about the food choices though. Loved being able to visit USA, Asia and Africa in a day. Very thoughtful animal friendly rides and enclosures overall thumbs up. Animal Kingdom I heart you...now back to the hotel for a much needed spa.

Ok if I picked up Disney Land and moved it to Orlando I would have Magic Kingdom. The worlds were much the same and even the scripts on some of the rides were identical. However, no fireworks at this disneyland :( A very heavy rain ended the day...we now know caused by Hurricane Ida, hopefully that's the last time we hear from her.

Breakfast in bed and the morning to relax with the wide screen T.V and an afternoon spent by the pool (in November) hats off to you Florida xox

Rides, rides and more rides at Hollywood studios, Aerosmith and Twilight Zone topping the list. Sun sets and the whole place ligths up, christmas music plays and snow falls from the sky....lovely!!!!!!!

Hmmmm....Epcot not my favourite....what exactly is there to do here for a whole day??? Lucky the shopping ended a 33 day hunt for the perfect boyfriend cardigan!
