We arrive in a very warm California. After a day spent flying across the country we only get a short glimpse of California in day light so we head for some food and plan out what to do tomorrow.

It is like the California sun is willing you to be a better person. we head to downtown Hollywood on wheels, which is only a block away but hey no-one walks in LA. We then cruise to downtown LA which looks like any other city but no other city is this hot 15 days out of winter??? Shame about the layer of fog that was covering us most of the time. Hollywood provides us with good food, good views and a lot of moments where we feel we are extras on a movie set. Love The Grove food market, Sunset Blvd is crazy fun, The Kodak theatre is a tourist trap... Santa monica pier is a great place to get away from it all with a relaxed vibe around the pier...just don't step onto it...too commerical. Sunsets here are AMAZING!!!!

The next day was a lot like the last seeing the sights and going ooh alot when we realise which movie that building has been in. A great lunch in a railway car on the ride of sunset blvd and a glimpse at the NICS LA crew filming around the corner from our hotel.
