Day 138

Today we decided to go to Singapore Zoo which is known to be one of the most beautiful zoo's in the world.

To get there we took the MRT to Ang Mo Kio and then got the bus 138 to the zoo. As we were approaching the zoo we saw signs designed to deter trespassers, they obviously take it seriously as they would shoot you. It seems like their law enforcement is strict as being caught in possession of drugs leads to the death penalty.

We got to see some animals that we had not seen in Australia Zoo, including; the Polar Bear, Hamadryas Baboon, Manatee, White Tiger, White Rhino and Tapir to name but a few.

But without doubt the highlight of the day was our Elephant ride. We purchased a really cool photo at the end of the day.

After the Zoo we headed back to City Hall for dinner. This time we had beef satay, mmm!!
