GEOGRAPHERS PARDISE.....and throw in a poo truck!
A trip in a poo truck.... so if this was suggested to you normally you may turn it down but i suggest you dont if your offered it in new zealand. Todays blog tells the tell of a full day out and about with a plumber into incredable scenery. I would like to type all the correct names and spelings of where exactly i was today but im having trouble remembering them all but what i can remember is just how much i loved what i saw. We were afew hours from waimate, first at at a dairy farm witch stood out like an oasis once again driving through extremly dry vegetaion, hills, large flat valley floors, thin bridges crossing braided rivers that were as truquise as the t-shirt in the picture, crossing two damns, into views of white cappedd mountains, at one stage only a 20minute helicopter flight over them would take you to one of the 2 glaciers on the west coast! Stunning scenerary lit up with blue skys and glorious sunshine. At a remote hunnting lodge in spectacular scenery!
Once the work was complete time for some jet boat fun on one of the lakes (lochs) at the foot of one of the damns, it was incredable, smile on my face would have said it all another amazing experience to have witch i am very kindly grateful for.
The colour of the water just as id been tolled about was really something as we whized round, and its not often you also see a poo truck toeing a jet boat! never say never!!
It was such an awesome day simply because i could make the most of the opportunity, a day driving around in a truck for afew hours may sound boring but it was the opposite, i wanted to come unstructured so that i could grasp onto every opportunity that can arrise, and so being able to see the types of places people work hear is an extra experience for me to see and if it also meens a day seeing and being in the places i love then that adds to the experience even more.
I certainly wont forget this little explore.!
