Day 108 (Christmas Eve)- We woke up and thought we were going to be on time for our bus however Lauren offered us a lift on her way to work and once in the car we realised we would have definitely missed the bus had we had to make our own way there. Day 106- We woke up and talked to Josh and his flatmate Lauren for a while, she was also lovely. Josh was going for drinks with some work friends and we decided to do a bit of xmas shopping. Day 104- The supermarket was in the opposite direction to the beach so after breakfast we headed there first as we were running low on food. Day 102- We arrived into Coff's at 1.30am and had to walk 30 minutes to the hostel so we were shattered to say the least. Nevertheless we woke at 10am feeling good so decided to hire a canoe. It was completely free which was great so off we went. There was a river across the road and it ran up by the botanical gardens and worked out it should take about 3 hours there and back. Day 100- After a nice restful sleep in our big double bed we had breakfast and set out on a beach walk. We walked down to the marina first then on to Turners Beach, it was full of surfers as the waves were pretty big, it was great watching them. We walked along to the breakwall and found some rocks to sit on, we sat for a while watching the sea go by, remembering how lucky we are to be on this amazing trip.
