We arrived in Rockhampton after a 5 hour drive.We went to a park and booked in for the night.We went and did a bit of a shop that night to stock up.We had an early night so we could get up early and hit the road again.

We checked out a couple of parks before deciding on one.We parked up and then headed to the town and walked around. We went and confirmed our WhitSundays trip. Airlie beach is a really nice with a great buzz around the place.We got everything we needed for our trip on the WhitSundays and then headed back to the park. We drove for 5 hours until we reached Townsville.We found ourselves a nice park and set up for the night.We arranged to go to Magnetic Island.The next day we went to catch the ferry to Magnetic.When we arrived over on the island we took a bus to the Koala Sanctuary.We booked a tour there and headed out for a look at the island.We went back for our tour after a while.It started off with feeding birds and then holding crocodiles, dragons, snakes and finally Dexter ...

We arrived in mission beach late that night so we went to park which we had booked in advance and parked up.The next day we headed to the beach but were not too impressed with it.We stayed a couple of hours and then got on the road that afternoon.
