20th November - We had a relaxing last day in luang prabang where I nursed my very prominent hangover. We headed over to Utopia where we relaxed and looked over the Mekong river. If only I could do that on every hungover Sunday! I ordered a lovely fruit smoothie which went down a treat!!! Later on, we got on the night bus which would take us to Vientiane. It was another very unpleasant journey.

19th November - We got up, grabbed a baguette for brunch and headed to Kuang Si waterfall on a Tuk Tuk. It took us about 30-45 minutes to get there. Once we got there, we started walking through what looked like a jungle and we came across a bear sanctuary. There were really cute massive black bears lying basking in the sun. 18th November - We woke up pretty hungover from the night before so the day ahead was looking to be pretty unproductive. However, I found out that there was a swimming pool nearby so we donned our swimwear and headed on down to the pool after we grabbed a baguette from the local market. 17th November - We got to luang prabang the next day, after a horrendous journey with many bumps and horn beeping throughout the night, and found our guesthouse which would be our new home for the next few nights. We were knackered from the journey so we had a team nap before we headed out to explore the town later that evening. We went for a romantic dinner by the Mekong river where I decided to order a fresh salad which turned out to be a hot papaya salad!! ...

16th November - It was time to leave Thailand and embark on a new adventure in Laos. So we got up early and boarded the bus to take us to Luang prabang which was an hour fashionably late as usual. We drove for about 3 hours before we stopped off at a beautiful white temple or in Hannah's case 'Disneyland'. As we marched on upto the temple and came across a sign warning 'due to inappropriate behaviour tourists may only enter the temple with a tour guide'. Clear...
