6th March - We arrived in LA about 6am after a long flight. Luckily I had booked a sexy Sheraton room for us, so we had two Queen beds ready and waiting for us. When we got to the hotel they told us we couldn't check in for another couple of hours but when we did we crashed out as soon as we got in there! After a good long sleep, we spent the whole day in bed watching tv. We even ordered dominos to our room and ate it in bed in our pjs, ha! Pure laziness. We didn't leave the room for a whole 24 hours!

7th March - We checked out of our room and headed to our hostel which we'd booked for the night. Our 1 night of luxury was over!! :( Once we arrived, we took a walk down Hollywood Boulevard along the Walk of Fame. We saw all the stars names on the boulevard, which kept us so entertained! But we soon came to realise that it isn't all that glamorous! There are so many crazy homeless people everywhere. We saw a homeless guy holding a sign saying 'kick me in the balls for 20 dollars', and another saying 'too ugly to prostitute'. Only in L.A hey!! When we got back to the hostel, we had the hostel dinner for $6 which was spaghetti meatballs. Cheap and fills a hole!! We met two guys in the kitchen called Jacob and Kevin who were from Texas. They were both really nice so we sat with them at dinner! They invited us out for drinks, but we had a night in instead as we were preparing for Swedish House Mafia's second to last ever gig the next day! Whooop!! We met a guy in our room called Meech who I instantly thought was like a gay best friend. He was giving himself a pedicure for gods sake!! We turned our room into Hannah's salon and she cut my hair ready for SHM before heading to bed.
