Hey people! Hope everyone back home is ok and that summer is fast approaching the UK?!! Had a brilliant time with Sally out here, headed down the Great Ocean Road in the wind and the rain and then did lots of shopping in Adelaide for Sal's bday, then a quick flight to Sydney where I showed Sal all the famous landmarks and we made friends at the hostel and proceeded to have a few drinks...a relaxing day on Bondi beach (although I think it was cold!!) was a great hangover cure! Once back in Melbourne we went on a winery tour of the Yarra Valley, with stunning countryside and excellent wines, for my birthday! Ooo and not to forget we obviously did the neighbours night again where we met Harold Bishop!! legend. Its definatly getting cooler here in Melbourne although the rain is not too bad. Still working for TRU with fantastic views, have put a few pics up (but it wasnt a sunny day!!) Jason gets here tomorrow which means several weeks of chaos will ensue, esp as hes bringing out some sambuca!! hee hee :-) I also went to meet one of the local ladies rugby teams thinking that I might play for them if I stay here longer, they were all lovely but quite butch and I'm pretty sure many of them would enjoy the showers after too much...and as the following paragraph explains, as much as I love Melbourne its time to move on soon...but not until i've seen our boys play the Wallabies at the Telstra or visited Ramsay Street!! I've made the decision to only stay here another month or so, got the itch to see more places and meet more people, and seeing as all my housemates and Jason will be gone by the end of June, and my job finishes, I'm going to move on then, so it will be onto New Zealand for some extra cold weather and hopefully some snowboarding and maybe even another skydive!! So if all goes to plan and nothing changes again then I guess I will be back in good 'ol sunny England sometime in August! Just in time for a bbq party at my folks place (please mum?!! hee hee) Better get on with work, but drop me an email and let me know whats happening wherever you are, take it easy, lizziebomb xxx
