Hello everybody, and happy 'Songkram!' we're having an absolute blast. we rented out a jeep and headed yet further north towards Chiang Rai, it was interesting but not a lot was going on, so we only stayed their for a night before heading back to Chiang Mai, on theway though our jeep broke down because a lead connected to the battery came loose, and we were stuck pretty much in the middle of nowhere and had to wait for someone to come passed, and they fixed our car luckily! we've been round a few Wots and Temples since back in Chiang Mai and rented another scooter, so that we could see a little more of the town! Liv was a amazing on the back this time! it's incredibly difficult to ride a moped when every 2 seconds people are throwing buckets of water at you, so we decided to arm Liv with a water gun on the back and try to get some vengence, so we spent a bit of time jus cruising around the moat, par taking in the Songkram! it's so much fun, every big kids dream! Liv has managed to break 2 buckets already, of corse that being from the sheer force at which she throws the water! we're guna try heading up to Pai tomorrow for a few days and pssibly do a 3 night trek or something, whereby you stay with hill tribes and trek through the mountain's so that should be pretty awesome! we've managed to sort out all our Vietnam bits and pieces aswell, we booked our tickets ourselves and we just sorted out our visas the other day! anyway that's about all for now. we'll keep you posted as to what we're doing! lots of love to all, Greg and Liv xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
