Just a quick note to say enjoy the last week of what will no doubt be one of the longest holidays you will have (at least for a while!) especially one with so many and such a variety of memories.
Looking forward to this time next week.
Stay safe.
Lots of love xxxxxxxxxx

Hi G&L, Sounds like you two are made for tarvelling and loving the hell out of it- well done!!
I have just spoken to Kirstie from the States, and she will be arriving in LA on the 20th August for 6 days, are you going to be about then, Mums says you could be? Would be great for you to meet up, also Kirstie is asking what hostel are you staying in?
The only topic of conversation here at the moment is the weather, RAIN RAIN RAIN and more RAIN, it took us 8 hours to get from Guildford to home yesterday as all the motorways were flooded!! Hope the weather is better with you two!
Look forward to hearing from you again soon,

Dear Livvie- Greg,
watching your progress over the last weeks in the sun and surf, while we're evolving into reptiles with webbed feet under the incessant rain. Also in last few days we've siad cheerio to Mr Blair and hello to a completely new guy no-one's heard of called errr Gordon Brown - the change is just , well, er, not. And the bombers are back - and so far so good seem unable to make them go-off without burning themselves - but we're all a bit concerned it's just the start -
Hendrewennol - your mum has been back and fro helping Granny and Tomtom with the farm - they've managed to get some people through during less wet moments.
We can't believe this time, last year it was 32 C in Oxford! In the north of England they're going to have to start building houses on stilts - the flooding is a big disaster.
So to your big birthday away - saw pics of Gregs candle-lit day and hope you too two as well, hmm, have a goodun. I can hear the team here singin in perfect harmony, ssshhhhh, can you hear too - no really listen - the curvature of the earth and with global warming the sound waves at certain frequencies can resonate through the troposphere from Oxford to Queensland, apparently. Frankly I don't believe them so you'll have to sing it your self - so here we go:
" happy birthday to who? Happy birthday to yoo? happy birthday dear livvie in queenlsand too far away to hear us, happy birthday yoo-hooooooooooo."
Marvelous. What a voice. what a choir. What are we talking about?
aha- as they say - no for the next development to challenge Google - virtual presents - an amazing web-service where you can send presents to your friends across the webesphere: So here goes:
We've bought the summer special "three genie special wishes, with your own special real gold leaf and silk wrapping paper".
So you have three magic parcels in front of you. Ooh, all shiny and bright. Aahhh. One tiny little one looking all precious and special. And the medium sized one, mysterious and unidentifiable - a box. Then, behind them - wow look at that - a huge huge one - the size of an elephant - watch out; it is an elephant and it doesn't like the wrapping - run every one run......
all ok - coast is clear - sorry about that. Got a little carried away with the last wish - we had to prepare this months ago when you were in Thailand- and thought it might come in handy. Well what a pity, we're down to 2 prezzies only now. Anyway, it's the thought that counts.
So open up the middle one - Yes open it, open it. Crinkle, rip, crunch --- ooooohhhh, arrrrrhhhhh, wwwoooooowww - a mini cooper convertible in deepest metallic Olive- with a special groovy interior. Just what I've always wanted, we hear ring out. And... and what's this - the instructions - no, no, look more carefully. A card, signed by us all -No, it says - Norwich Union car finance plan...we regret to inform you that the payments on this virtual vehicle are virtually too late and ... oh what? ghastly spoil sports... they're virtually repossessing it - sorry but we'll have to get that back - just press return to sender.
So we're down to the last little virtual prezzy - all sweet and sparkly - let's take a look.
"open the prezzy, Liv's open the prezzy" Give it a little shake - no rattling, just a little bumpty bumpty - slip off the ribbon, the silk, drops away and
of a happy birthday with biggest love from us all, Anne-sophie, Emilia, Martine and Charlie
Tricia Hill
Just realised that all our emailing and phone chats means there is no record of us being in touch here! 19 coming up fast Livy - will miss being with you but know where you will be - so feel okay about that. But I will still miss you!! Weather in the UK is dismal, rain, rain and more rain so if you do get the sunshine somewhere in Queensland could you please bring it back with you, cos we are all a bit damp and soggy over here! Fruit season is a wash out so very frustrating for Tom Tom and Granny. Lovely pics of you both with the Millers and hoping for more of the same when you get to Auckland. Lots of love and keep having fun. Mummy XXXXXX

Hiya Greg and Liv
Great to read your latest blogs and to know that you are both still having a FANTASTIC time. Pity about the Oz weather but guess you can't have everything. Most of us would still rather be where you are and doing all (or at least some!) of the exciting things you are doing. As you said before you left it's the trip of a lifetime and I'm so glad that you are enjoying it and having such great experiences. Best wishes for a very happy birthday Liv I'm sure you'll find a spectacular way to celebrate it. All the best, tons of luv to you both.
