Day 29 - 6th Feb - Waitangi day - Today was a free day, so we made use of the fact we didnít have to get up early and had a lie in. made the most of the rest of our day by exploring Wellington and going to the Te Papa Museum. The Museum is New Zealands National museum so is full of the history of the country and loads of exhibits about the native people. Making it quite apt that we went on Waitangi day which is a national holiday in NZ to celebrate the countries native history etc. The rest of the day was spent wandering around the city, Wellington is a nice city to walk around and everything is pretty close together. Evening was really relaxed just went for some dinner and had a pretty early night.
