What an amazing 2 days.....myself and Annie have found a perfect apartment in a little square, with a little nursery nearby which means we don't hear all the angry Spanish pipping their horns...we hear the children playing in the playground instead- cute!

I move in Monday with Annie and 2 surprise housemates and in preparation, we both felt it necessary to visit the biggest supermarket...then Decathlon...and THEN Ikea....And now I am bankrupt ;) The highlight of my shopping spree was the bike <3! Seemings my school is roughly 4km from my house, I thought it would be easiest to cycle like the majority of Seville so invested in such a cute bike with a basket on the front!! I am turning into a true Spaniard :)

Another thing I bought was a pedometer as one of my friends uses one all the time back home and it made me wonder just how many steps I walk in a day...so tomorrow, I am going to do an experiment and try it out!

The highlight of today must be the tapas restaurant....absolute heaven <3 I had something similar to mushroom risotto and chicken in a spicy yoghurt sauce with balsamic vinegar salad <3 Just for those who don't know tapas are like mini portions of different foods...which is always great as you can try lots of things without overeating! But then I followed that with some tinto de veranos.........(a type of Spanish wine drink)...

An all-round good 48 hours...I wonder what the next 48 will bring.....
