Kuala Lumpur was hot, humid, rainy and expensive! WE did the mandatory petronas towers visit (which are either the worlds tallest buildings or used to be), this is also the venue for worlds strongest man competitions etc etc and well yes they are very big but thats it and i really wouldnt like to have my office up there - id be slightly paranoid (for obvious reasons). Anyway were missing the indian prices that we love so much and the Thailand prices too! We had a look around the local markets, checked out the fake goods and saw 'The Wild' at the local shopping mall - nothing else to report from KL except thats its not half as good as Singapore - role on Singapore. Oh yer we got taken for a ride (literally) by our hotel receptionist when she informed us the only way to the airport at 5.00am was by taxi - then half way there we were overtaken by the airport bus at a tenth of the price!
