Well the capital!!!! Still not many shops though!!!!!!!!! Stayed up a massive hill!! We went to the cinema and saw 300- was pretty good! Ate some Chinese food too and a Nando's which was dissapointing!!

Next day we went up Mount Victoria which has some good views and then the Te Papa museum which is v good and free! We went up teh cable car to the top and watched as it got dark. I finally found a decent jumper and brett got some shoes!!! Our hygeine levels reached new lows here. But the less said about that the better!

The final day in the North Island and we got the Interislander ferry across the Cook Straight. Was a nice ferry with good views- much better than the channel crossing!!!! We arrived in Picton and then carried on to Nelson...
