Canberra..  the nation's capital...about the size of Stevenage!!!!! Drove into there and looked around the shops (all 5 of them) then went to the Parliament House. Well we are now in New South Wales! Drove to Snowy Mountains and kipped there for the night. It was so cold. EVen my Thomas the Tank sleeping bag I got on hte 1st night I frovze didn't do the trick along with the blanket and wearing nearly all my clothes. On Sat the Sun was out! Hurray, our clothes finally dried! The Cape Conran beach was really nice and we saw surfers and did some aerobics and tae kwon do on  the beach! On Friday we went to Bairnsdale where we went to an Aboriginal Museum which was good. Didn't realise just how much they were wronged by the immigrants. Then we went to Lakes Entrance which was nice and we went to the beach. We also played crazy golf and I won! The Muppet Louise lost and had to Febreeze our clothes (so much easier than washing!) We stayed at another nice campsite that was busy with people going away for the weekend to surf.

Weds we stayed at Wilson's Prom which was really nice. Definately the best camp site yet. The Squeeky BEach and Wilson's beach were both really really nice and we went for a paddle. The sun was also finally out and we had our 1st BBQ which was a reasonable success.
