On Sat night we went for some dinner and then into the Sports Bar where I sampled an Ozzie Snakebite...not quite the same thing but still good. We walked back to the campsite along the beach and the water was really really warm. Next day we got up late and went for a gander around the shops then we went in the sea and went body boarding and played catch! The waves were really strong and we drifted a long way and I couln't find our stuff after! Then we went back into town and ate dinner which was very nice but would have been better if the potatoes were fully cooked and the waiter had waited til I'd finished my drink before taking away the glass! Byron Bay was very nice but by far the most touristy place we've been to. We headed out the next day to Surfer's Paradise.
