We drove to Newcastle and looked out to sea to see 33 tankers! Also signs warning of sharks-ahhh!. We went to a wildlife sanctuary and saw lots of wombats, birds and koalas, so cute! There was a little baby one asleep wedged between branches! Then we drove to the campsite and I slept from 9pm to 9am! Next day we went to another sae bath thing and had a free swim. This one at least had concrete flooring though and only worm things at the bottom and the sea didn;t go into it though it was sea water. Still cold though. Then we drove to Port Marcquarie and cooked egg fried rive with some crab! Next day we went to a museum and I learnt about what people used to wear and how the slaves were treated in Australia. Then we went for a camel ride along the beach and saw dolphins swimming really close to the shore. We also got teased for being pommies for half hour. Then we went to the billabong nature reserve thing and saw venomous snakes and kangaroos that we got to hand feed, so cute lots of babies jumping around and a really sweet albino one. They are so soft. Then we got to meet a koala and stroke it. It felt just like cotton wool. They are even cuter!. Then we drove to Byron Bay which is where we are now. It's a lot hotter and I'm now going for a swim in the sea!!! hehe!
