We took Helen to the airport and then went back to her house were we would be staying for the next 12 days. We spent most of our time catching up with diaries and doing school work. But we also took trips around the place our first one was to Skye which is on the west coast of Scotland we drove there back past loch ness and past a really cool castle on an island till we got to the Skye bridge which was really big we drove over it and booked into a hotel in a town called Portree from there we drove around the top of Skye on the way we hiked up to a huge pointy rock formation called the old man of store. We also went to a highland life museum which was quite cool. We stayed the night. The next morning we went to the clan Donald museum we learnt all about the clan and its history and we looked around the huge garden. Then we headed back to Inverness on the way we had dinner with Maureen and Alistair while we were in inverness we also visited Ian and Patricia, had lunch with Ian, Patricia, Maureen and Alistair and we visited other Alistair. So we have now met 49 new relatives. Also while we were here we went to a highland games which includes bag piping contests, highland dancing and really big guys throwing things like logs. Dad and I went and played golf at a 500 year old castle and went biking with the neighbours. Before we new it we had to leave Inverness and head south so we did so our first night we had back in Glasgow with Duncan and Ann we went with them over to see Gail, Mathew and Hannah then we carried on south to Warwick we looked around there it was a nice town and had a massive castle. The next day we went into Stratford Mum and Vanessa went to as you like it. Dad and I went to see Shakespeare's birth place it was interesting we stayed another night in Warwick and the next day we watched Katie play polo and then stayed the night at will and Leas place we had a game of croquet and will broke his mallet we also saw there new house finished. The next day we were off to France for our final part of the trip.
