Renee & Eamon cooked us a great bacon & egg breakfast this morning, and then we were on our way. The road from Hawker to Port Augusta was quite different to the usual - nice winding bends over and under the railway and very scenic.

We had a very long stop at Port Augusta to stock up on food, water, petrol etc for the next few days. The road then to Woomera was quite flat and straight though the Island Lagoon was a sight to behold in the middle of nowhere!

We arrived at Woomera around 4pm and it's a very quiet place with lots of houses/buildings but not many people around - save the for caravan park which was actually quite crowded. Looking forward to checking out the missile park tomorrow!
