Been a while since my last blog so lots to say some good some bad!

Went to ha long bay on a cruise for 3 days, saw some caves, went kayaking, jumping off the boat into the sea then spent the first night on the boat. Secong day went to cat ba national park and trekked up a mountain then we went to monkey island where we got to meet the monkeys that live there who are prety agressive! Spent the evening in the sea drinking from a floating bar then spent the night on the island before leaving to go back to hanoi.

Caught the night train down from hanoi to hue, spent a couple of days there saw the citadel but not much else to see there.

we rented out some motorbikes and drove from hue to han oi, it should have taken about 6 hours ended up being 9 hours! saw some amazing things on the way tho driving down the coast then through the mountains, we actually ended up on one of the roads that top gear drove on when they did their vietnam special.

in han oi me, leon and dan got some 3 piece tailored suits made and a winter coat all for 150 quid! absolute bargain, shipped them back home should be there in a few months (keep an eye out for them mum please!)

Caugt a night bus to nha trang then from hoi and got robbed here on my first night! actually a load of people got robbed just like me, all i did was have my bag by my side while i was on the beach talking to a mate and some sneaky git must have crawled along the sand opened up my bag and taken my ipod and camera!! ah well at least i didnt have my passport on me cameras and ipods can be replaced. So if you are thinking of coming to nha trang .. dont! they will rob you blind here given a chance!

Catching the bus in a few hours now to go to dalat which is up in the mountains so will spend a few days there before moving on to saigon.
