Hey blogoholics sorry been a while since iv done a blog.

Well i am back in Sydney now after spending a couple of weeks in a small town called Griffith where i was staying at a working hostel....just there wasnt any work so it was just a hostel! Well i did get one days work on a tomato farm there which was prety easy just cutting some hedges and putting wire around the tomato plants, money werent too bad at 13 bucks an hour so about 120 bucks for a days work, bargain!

The hostel i stayed at was called griffith international hostel, it was a bit of a dump but all the people there made up for it and we mainly passed the time by drinking lots and lots of goon and watching loads of films!

So spent new years eve in Sydney with my mate Jamie from university whos living out here now. Prety much just drunk all day at his house had an awesome ozzy style barby, and then went to watch the fireworks over harbour bridge which was prety awesome. Stayed up all night then until about 11 the next morning before i collapsed and went to sleep!

Right well im back in sydney now because i had a job interview the other day with a civil engineering company here. Think i have got the job now as im gonna go meet the agency that works for them and handles the new employees details n s*** like that tomorrow. Just got to find myself a flat/house here now, gonna see someones flat tomorrow which looks promising...will let you know how it goes.

Not too sure if i like sydney yet, its just really expensive here but if i get this job now and get paid prety well guess its gonna be a lot better to live in sydney...because i can actually afford to do something then! seriously its so expensive here, the cheapest crate of beer you can get is 40 bucks and cigarettes are about 20 bucks a pack! So iv just been drinking goon really (cos its prety cheap but hanging) or being bought beers by jamie all the time!

Anyway its australia day today so Happy australia day everyone!
