We visited the Polynesian Culture Centre today. And saw demonstrations and performances by students from Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, New Zealand, Tahiti and Hawaii. The centre raises money to sponsor these young people's university places.
A full day trip with lots to eat including a traditional pig roast cooked the traditional way.
